Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) spaghetti
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup (100g) grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 8 slices of pancetta or bacon, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
