Ingredients
- 4 large artichokes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the artichokes by removing the tough outer leaves and trimming the tops.
- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, and olive oil.
- Stuff the breadcrumb mixture into the center of each artichoke.
- Place the stuffed artichokes in a pot, add water until halfway up the artichokes, and season with salt and pepper.
