Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Caribbean BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 20 round dumpling wrappers
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, Caribbean BBQ sauce, scallions, bell peppers, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold the wrapper in half and press to seal.
