Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup Caribbean BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 20 round dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, Caribbean BBQ sauce, scallions, bell peppers, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold the wrapper in half and press to seal.
