Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup Caribbean BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, finely diced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 20 round dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, Caribbean BBQ sauce, green onions, bell peppers, ginger, and garlic powder.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold the dumplings in half, and press the edges to seal.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the dumplings in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of water into the skillet and cover with a lid. Allow the dumplings to steam for 8-10 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
