Caribbean-style Grilled Snapper

Ingredients

  • 4 snapper fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

Instructions

  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
