Ingredients
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute, until the mixture is smooth and bubbling.
