Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken, diced
  • 4 leeks, sliced

Instructions

  6. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Transfer the chicken and leek filling to a pie dish.
  9. Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the pie dish, trimming any excess pastry.
  10. Brush the pastry with a beaten egg for a golden finish.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the filling is bubbling.
  12. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
