Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken, diced
- 4 leeks, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Transfer the chicken and leek filling to a pie dish.
- Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the pie dish, trimming any excess pastry.
- Brush the pastry with a beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the filling is bubbling.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
