Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
