Ingredients
- 500g beef, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the sliced onion, bell peppers, and julienned carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked beef to the wok and toss everything together for another minute.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
