Instructions

- Add the marinated flank steak and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add the bell pepper and onion, and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
