Ingredients

  • 12 eggshells, cleaned and dried
  • Assorted colorful confetti
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Fill each eggshell with colorful confetti, then seal the opening with a small piece of tissue paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, water, and sugar to create a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Dip each confetti-filled eggshell into the batter, making sure it is fully coated.
  5. Carefully place the coated eggshells into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  6. Remove the cascarons from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Let them cool before serving.
