Cascaron

Ingredients
- 12 eggshells, cleaned and dried
- Assorted colorful confetti
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Fill each eggshell with colorful confetti, then seal the opening with a small piece of tissue paper.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, water, and sugar to create a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Dip each confetti-filled eggshell into the batter, making sure it is fully coated.
- Carefully place the coated eggshells into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove the cascarons from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Let them cool before serving.
