Ingredients
- 1 loaf of Cuban bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 pound of roasted pork, shredded
- 8 slices of ham, chopped
- 8 slices of Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup of dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup of yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed Cuban bread, roasted pork, chopped ham, shredded Swiss cheese, and chopped dill pickles.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the yellow mustard, mayonnaise, melted butter, olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mustard mixture over the bread and meat mixture, and toss until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and press it down gently.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
