Ingredients
- 2 lbs cassava, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup unsalted peanuts
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

- Add the tomatoes, ground coriander, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes break down and the spices are fragrant.
