Cassava and Spinach Fritters (Beignets de Manioc et d'Épinards)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated cassava

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
