Ingredients
- 2 cups grated cassava
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated cassava, grated coconut, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
