Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated cassava, grated coconut, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
