Ingredients
- 2 lbs cassava, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the cassava slices in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
- Remove the cassava crisps from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
