Ingredients
- 2 cups grated cassava
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the grated cassava, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the all-purpose flour to the cassava mixture and mix until well combined.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the cassava mixture and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Flatten the fritters with the back of the spoon.
- Fry the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
