Catalan Fusion (Fusió Catalana)

Ingredients

  • 500g lamb meat, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 200g white beans
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500ml chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the lamb meat and cook until browned.
  3. Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
  4. Stir in the paprika, cumin, and cinnamon.
  5. Add the tomato, white beans, and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until the meat is tender and the flavors are well combined.
