Fusió Catalana is a traditional Andorran dish that combines the flavors of Catalan cuisine with local ingredients. This fusion dish is a perfect representation of the diverse culinary influences in Andorra.
Ingredients
- 500g lamb meat, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 200g white beans
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 500ml chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the lamb meat and cook until browned.
- Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
- Stir in the paprika, cumin, and cinnamon.
- Add the tomato, white beans, and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 30 minutes, or until the meat is tender and the flavors are well combined.
