Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add the lamb cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb, onion, and bell peppers onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
