Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, grated onion, minced garlic, egg, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, then remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion and garlic until softened. Add the crushed tomatoes, broth, sugar, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Bring the sauce to a simmer.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve the Albóndigas con Salsa de Tomate hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
