Ingredients

  • 1 lb clams
  • 1 lb mussels
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the cataplana pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the clams, mussels, and shrimp to the pot.
  3. Add the onion, garlic, and bell peppers.
  4. Pour in the white wine and diced tomatoes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then close the cataplana pot.
  6. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the seafood is fully cooked.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
