Ingredients

  • 200ml white wine
  • 100ml fish stock
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a cataplana or large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.
