  • 4 chicken leg quarters

  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Scotch bonnet pepper, seeded and minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper, salt, and minced Scotch bonnet pepper.
