Ingredients
- 4 large onions
- 250g ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 red bell pepper, diced

- 1/2 cup grated cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the onions and carefully remove the inner layers, leaving the outermost layers intact.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, cooked rice, diced red bell pepper, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the hollowed-out onions with the beef and rice mixture.
