Ingredients
- 2 filet mignon steaks
- 1/4 cup of red wine
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions
- Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a hot skillet, sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
