Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup pandan juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup palm sugar
  • 1 cup shaved ice
  • 1/4 cup red beans

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the rice flour with pandan juice to form a smooth batter.
  2. Pass the batter through a sieve into a pot of boiling water to form cendol strands. Once cooked, place the cendol in a bowl of cold water.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk and palm sugar until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
  4. To serve, place a spoonful of cendol in a bowl, add shaved ice, red beans, and drizzle with the coconut milk mixture.
