Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup pandan juice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup palm sugar
- 1 cup shaved ice
- 1/4 cup red beans
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the rice flour with pandan juice to form a smooth batter.
- Pass the batter through a sieve into a pot of boiling water to form cendol strands. Once cooked, place the cendol in a bowl of cold water.
- In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk and palm sugar until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
- To serve, place a spoonful of cendol in a bowl, add shaved ice, red beans, and drizzle with the coconut milk mixture.
