Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes, peeled
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out the excess liquid using a clean kitchen towel.
  2. Combine the ground pork, chopped onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the filling.
  3. Form the potato dough into oval shapes, fill each with the meat mixture, and seal the edges.
  4. Boil the cepelinai in salted water for 30-40 minutes until they float to the surface.
  5. Serve hot with sour cream and melted butter.
