Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh white fish fillets, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a glass or ceramic bowl, combine the fish, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Make sure the fish is completely covered by the lime juice. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- Add the sliced onion, chopped cilantro, and hot peppers (if using) to the marinated fish. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
