Ingredients
- 1 bunch of cha om leaves, washed and chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced

- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

- Add the chopped cha om leaves and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted.
- Season with fish sauce, sugar, and salt, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
