Cha Om (stir-fried Morning Glory)

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of cha om leaves, washed and chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  3. Add the chopped cha om leaves and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted.

  5. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
