Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and minced garlic. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  3. In the same wok, add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Return the beef to the wok and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
