Cha Sach Ko is a classic Cambodian beef stir-fry dish that is packed with flavors and is quick and easy to make. This dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner and can be served with steamed rice or noodles.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and minced garlic. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the wok and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
