Ingredients
- 1 lb pork, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bamboo shoots, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the pork with fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
