  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the pork with fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
