Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add the garlic and onion. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the green beans and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Return the beef to the wok and add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the water and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and green beans.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
