Ingredients

  • 2 bitter melons, sliced and deseeded
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and stir until fragrant.
  3. Add onion, red chili, and bitter melon. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
