Ingredients
- 2 bitter melons, sliced and deseeded
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and stir until fragrant.
- Add onion, red chili, and bitter melon. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
