Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 4 Thai tea bags
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the Thai tea bags. Let the tea steep for 5 minutes.
