- 4 whole cloves
- 4 cardamom pods
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
Instructions
- In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the tea bags, cloves, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, and ground ginger to the boiling water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the sugar and milk, then simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
