Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
