Ingredients
- 250g egg noodles
- 200g pork, thinly sliced
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a wok or large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add the pork and cook until no longer pink. Then, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
- Toss in the cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked egg noodles to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the stir-fried noodles with meat and vegetables to a serving dish and serve hot.
