Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, ginger, and green onions to make the marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
