Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, ginger, and green onions to make the marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
