Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, garlic, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the pork ribs in a large baking dish and pour the marinade over the ribs, making sure they are fully coated.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
- Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Baste the ribs with the cooking juices and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the ribs are caramelized and slightly charred.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
