Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, black pepper, ginger, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
  3. Place the ribs in a large baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1.5 hours, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to allow the ribs to caramelize.
  5. Once the ribs are cooked through and tender, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
