Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh fish fillets, diced
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 hot peppers, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced fish, lemon juice, and lime juice. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After marinating, drain the excess citrus juices from the fish.
- Add the grated coconut, diced onions, hot peppers, and salt to the fish. Mix well.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve chilled.
