Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and chicken broth. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp to the wok and stir-fry until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add snow peas to the wok and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
