Ingredients
- 12 large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Add the asparagus, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the asparagus is tender-crisp.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot with steamed rice.
