Ingredients
- 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until it is no longer pink.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and stir well.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
