Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until it is no longer pink.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt to taste and stir well.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
