Ingredients
- 2 lotus roots, peeled and sliced
- 100g ground pork
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions

- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the lotus root slices with the pork mixture.
- Dust the stuffed lotus root slices with cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Place the stuffed lotus root slices in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
