Ingredients
- 300g squid, cleaned and sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the squid and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it turns opaque.
- Add the bell peppers, carrot, and onion. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
