Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, marinate the pork ribs with soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, sesame oil, white pepper, garlic, ginger, and green onions. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. After marinating, place the pork ribs in a heatproof dish and spread the mashed preserved plum on top.
