Chapati Fusion

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Gradually add the warm water and knead the dough until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.
  3. Brush the rolled dough with vegetable oil and sprinkle turmeric powder and cumin seeds on top.

  5. Repeat the process for the remaining portions of dough.
