Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped

- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, cilantro, mint, and spices. Use your hands to ensure everything is well combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into flat, round kebabs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the kebabs for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- Transfer the kebabs to a serving platter and serve hot with naan bread, salad, and yogurt sauce.
