Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, cilantro, mint, and spices. Use your hands to ensure everything is well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into flat, round kebabs.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the kebabs for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
  4. Transfer the kebabs to a serving platter and serve hot with naan bread, salad, and yogurt sauce.
