Chapli Kebab (spiced Grilled Lamb Chops)

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (for grilling)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, cilantro, mint, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, chickpea flour, and eggs. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into flat round kebabs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the kebabs in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- Once the kebabs are cooked, remove them from the skillet and place them on a serving platter.
- Serve the Chapli Kebabs hot with naan bread, yogurt sauce, and a side of salad.
